The complaints process, on paper

Springbok runs two written routes. The terms set the one hour deadline for disputes raised with support; the separate Player Complaints Guidelines accept a formal complaint within 6 months. A formal complaint goes on a signed form, in English, by email, with stated acknowledgement and resolution targets, and complaints above EUR 5,000 or about responsible gambling can go to outside dispute resolution once the internal process ends.

Money in and money out: rules you can read in advance

Springbok's banking page lists four deposit methods, all credited instantly, and two ways out: Bitcoin and Wire Transfer, each from R500. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, starting 48 hours after the request, and only once your identity documents are approved. A deposit has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.

Springbok's lobby opens without an account. On 9 October 2026 it held 282 games: 244 slots, 13 table games, 15 video poker, 4 specialty and 6 casual titles. The Live Dealer tab is empty.

The lobby's own game settings label 233 titles "RTG", for Realtime Gaming, and 49 with an unexplained "IG" tag. Springbok's 2026 press releases credit several new slots to a studio called SpinLogic, while the lobby labels the same games RTG. Is Springbok Casino rigged? What the fairness claims rest on

There is no public evidence that Springbok's games are rigged, and no independent evidence that they are fair. Both halves of that sentence matter.

The fairness claims come from Springbok's own copy: /nz says RTG games are certified fair by Technical Systems Testing (TST); /realtime-gaming-rtg says RTG's RNG is tested by independent organisations. Without a certificate or test report, nobody outside Springbok and its game supplier can check them, and this site has not tried to measure game results itself.
