The Springbok Casino welcome bonus explained
The Springbok Casino welcome bonus is spread across your first three deposits rather than paid as one lump sum:
- 1st deposit: 100% match up to R1,500 with coupon SPRINGBOK100.
- 2nd deposit: 50% match up to R5,000 with coupon SPRINGBOK50.
- 3rd deposit: 50% match up to R5,000 with SPRINGBOK50 again (it is usable twice).

Two lessons from the table. First, depositing more than the cap earns nothing extra: on the first deposit, anything above R1,500 is unmatched, and on the second and third, anything above R10,000 is unmatched. Second, to collect the full R11,500 you would need to deposit R1,500 + R10,000 + R10,000. Most players will not — and should not — chase the maximum. Pick a deposit that fits your budget; the percentage match works the same at R200 as at R2,000.

Cashback vs bonus: which should you choose?
Springbok Casino’s 25% cashback is the alternative to bonuses. It works on deposits made without a bonus. If your balance drops to between R0 and R10, ask live support and you get 25% of the deposit back. The minimum cashback is R250 (on R1,000 of deposits) and the maximum is R3,000 (on R12,000), with a 10× playthrough on slots, keno and scratch cards and no maximum payout. Playthrough explained
Playthrough (also called wagering) is the amount you must bet before bonus money — and winnings made with it — can be withdrawn. It is usually expressed as a multiple, e.g. “10×”. The formula is simple: amount × multiple = total you must wager. The cashback’s 10× on R250 means R2,500 in bets. Each bet counts, win or lose, so twenty R125 spins would clear it.
Game weighting matters too. Slots, keno and scratch cards typically count in full, while table games and video poker often count for less (the cashback terms say “others vary”).
